Operational Excellence specialist - Quality and automation projects ( Junior/Mid-Level)
Job Description
We are seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Operational Excellence specialist to enhance our quality processes and collaborate on exciting automation projects in the aerospace manufacturing sector. This position is perfect for candidates with 2-3 years of experience who are passionate about continuous improvement and eager to contribute to innovative projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality-focused continuous improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency;
- Review, analyze, and improve existing quality processes using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies;
- Work closely on projects involving automation, AI, and robotics to drive innovation and efficiency across production lines;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality challenges, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100;
- Conduct workshops and provide support on continuous improvement tools and quality methodologies to build a culture of operational excellence;
Job qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance, continuous improvement, or related fields, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 required);
- Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, and advanced Excel;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Bilingual in both French and English.
